Joining the team
We like to keep things simple, respectful of your time, and even a little fun. Here’s what you can expect if you apply:
1. Online Application
Start by sending in your application, it’s quick and easy. Just the basics so we can get to know you.
2. Initial Assessments
Next up, a couple of short tasks: a 5-minute typing test and a 20-minute quiz to show us your knowledge and how you think. It’s your first chance to shine ✨
3. Pre-Screening Video Questionnaire
Now we’d love to "meet" you via video! You’ll answer three short questions and click through a few yes/no responses. Nothing formal, just a way for us to see your communication style and personality.
4. Home Task Assessment
Then we’ll send over a quick 15-minute task to complete at home. It gives you a feel for the kind of situations you might handle on the job, and helps us see how you approach them.
5. Chat with the Hiring Manager
If things are clicking, you’ll have a 45–60 minute video interview with your potential manager. This is where we dive a little deeper into your experiences, your goals, and any questions you have for us.
6. Offer & Onboarding 🎉
If it feels like a great match on both sides, we’ll send over an offer and get things rolling! We’ll guide you through onboarding so you feel supported every step of the way.
