In a nutshell

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager – Thailand to lead the full market entry and expansion strategy for one of our client’s iGaming brands.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the Thailand go-to-market strategy, defining the local marketing approach, identifying partnerships, localizing the product offering, and building strong acquisition and retention foundations.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Design and execute the full go-to-market and market expansion strategy for Thailand

• Identify, negotiate, and manage key local partnerships (affiliates, media, payment providers, strategic partners)

• Define and drive localized acquisition strategies tailored to Thai player behavior

• Lead product, promotion, and content localization to ensure strong market fit

• Provide deep market intelligence: competitor analysis, pricing strategy, campaign benchmarking, and trend forecasting

• Ensure marketing and operational activities align with local regulations and compliance standards

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing, product, and retention strategies

• Build the commercial foundation for sustainable long-term growth in Thailand

All you need is…

• Strong experience in iGaming marketing, business development, or market expansion (sportsbook and/or casino)

• Proven track record in launching or scaling a market, brand, or region

• Deep understanding of Thai gaming culture, player behavior, and local payment ecosystems

• Strong knowledge of Thailand’s regulatory landscape in online gaming

• Experience managing affiliates and local acquisition channels

• Fluency in Thai and English

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability

• Ability to collaborate with international teams while working EU time zones

       Nice to have

• Existing network within the Thai iGaming ecosystem (affiliates, influencers, media buyers, payment providers)

• Experience working with international operators or as part of a service-provider structure
