🥜 In a nutshell
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be part of our Account Management team, supporting the management of a non-dedicated portfolio of VIP clients. You’ll help build strong, long-term relationships by providing proactive support, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in account management within the iGaming industry.
You’ll report directly to the Account Management Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance
Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations
Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects
⚡ All you need is…
Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) or Mandarin
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
Nice to have
Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or client-facing environments
Basic understanding of the iGaming industry or working with VIP/high-value clients
