🥜 In a nutshell
The Sales Agent is a frontline, results-driven role within our Sales Department. You will manage leads from various sources, conduct outreach through multiple communication channels, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that maximizes conversion and retention outcomes.
This is a mid-level role open to all Ludicrum employees who meet the requirements and are interested in transitioning or growing into the Sales function.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Convert new sign-ups into first-time depositors through proactive outreach.
Guide players through onboarding, registration steps, and their first deposit.
Present platform features, promotions, and offers clearly and persuasively.
Execute reactivation, loyalty, and win-back campaigns to support player retention.
Communicate with players via different channels, including WhatsApp and Intercom.
Respond promptly to player inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain all CRM records and databases with up-to-date information.
Provide feedback, insights, and player trends to support process and offer improvements.
⚡ All you need is…
Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or retention.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems & Microsoft Office tools.
Proficiency in English (C1/C2).
Nice to have
Experience in iGaming sales, customer engagement, or retention.
Experience with community management or outbound call centre operations.
