🥜 In a nutshell

The Casino Product Specialist (RNG & Live Casino) serves as a strategic partner to the Game Manager, driving the success of both RNG and Live Casino products.

This mid to senior-level position is responsible for ensuring product excellence, optimizing performance, and enhancing customer engagement across all casino areas. The role combines analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and hands-on execution to maintain a best-in-class casino offering that aligns with business goals, player preferences, and market trends.

You will oversee all aspects of RNG and Live Casino products; from assisting in provider relationships and commercial negotiations to promotional strategy and front-end content optimization.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Partner with the Game Manager to plan and execute overall casino strategy.
• Manage and optimize the RNG and Live Casino portfolios (Slots, Table Games, Game Shows, etc.).
• Analyze performance and player behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining relationships and negotiations with providers and aggregators.
• Support campaign planning with Marketing, CRM, and Retention teams.
• Ensure smooth website presentation, launches, and promotional execution.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve content, risk, and profitability settings.
• Support the team as a source of knowledge and by sharing best practices.

⚡ All you need is…

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 1 year in a role related to Casino Product Coordination (RNG and/or Live Casino).
• Deep understanding of casino game mechanics, mathematics, player behavior, RTP, volatility, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to drive commercial results through data-driven decision-making.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating data and insights into actionable business strategies.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).

       Nice to have

• Experience working with leading casino platforms or aggregators.
• Familiarity with CRM, campaign management, and segmentation tools.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
