🥜 In a nutshell

We’re looking for a Operations Support Specialist to join our Payments Department, a key player in ensuring smooth technical operations, data consistency, and automation stability.

You’ll act as the bridge between Payment Admins and Payment Operatives, ensuring our internal systems run efficiently, logic is validated, and automation flows remain stable. This fully remote position operates in three shifts (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00) across five working days per week, ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage of our financial processes.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Monitor and maintain Mail Scraper Tool structures to support payment data accuracy.
• Resolve technical and non-coding issues independently, escalating when necessary.Support automation processes via Zapier, App Script, and similar tools.
• Document logic changes, fixes, and issues in a structured and traceable format.
• Manage rollouts of new bank setups and maintain version control of operational logic.
• Act as a coordination point between teams, ensuring clear communication during issue resolution and handovers.
• Participate in retrospectives and propose improvements to workflows and automation efficiency.
• Maintain operational logs and assist with QA testing for internal systems.

⚡ All you need is…

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including formulas, data validation, and structured design.
• Ability to identify logic inconsistencies, incorrect automation flows, or data mismatches.
• Experience with technical documentation and structured issue tracking.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination and escalation handling.
• Excellent organizational habits and attention to operational detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow defined SOPs.
• Comfort with fast-paced, operations-driven environments and live issue prioritization.
• Willingness to learn internal tools, frameworks, and automation standards.

       Nice to have

• Previous experience in payment operations, banking flows, or transaction-based systems.
• Familiarity with cross-sheet integrations (Zapier, BigQuery, Oracle BI, Apps Script outputs).
• Interest in process optimization, logic efficiency, and automation scalability.
• Ability to analyze transaction data to identify patterns or anomalies.
