🥜 In a nutshell
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our Payments team. You’ll play a crucial role in processing financial transactions, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting smooth day-to-day workflows behind the scenes.
This position involves working in a three-shift schedule (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00) across five days per week, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring seamless 24/7 support for our operations.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify transaction details and ensure accuracy before finalizing payments.
- Monitor and maintain account balances across payment systems.
- Support Customer Support agents by resolving payment-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and identify process improvements.
- Assist shift leaders and managers with operational tasks as needed.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance team efficiency and develop your expertise.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members when needed.
