🥜 In a nutshell
The Affiliate Acquisition Specialist is the company's main point of contact with external marketing partners. They are also mainly responsible for coordinating and driving the Affiliate Acquisition strategy and efforts as well as assisting the Affiliate Managers with evaluating and onboarding new Affiliate leads. They attend events (conferences, parties, dinners) and meetings in order to make specific connections or to further develop the company's network of relationships. They also coordinate the remote part of affiliate acquisition on forums, telegram groups, linkedin and other online locations.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Partner Acquisition
- In charge of acquisition of new partner leads
- Identifying and testing new channels for partner acquisition
- Uses his pre-existing network of industry contacts to acquire new leads
Relationships & Conferences
- Researches conferences and conference attendees
- Helps curate individual and team plan of action for conference attending
- Nurtures and maintains relationships with Affiliates and other industry professionals, serving as a responsive point of contact for their inquiries, and maintaining overall client satisfaction
- Assists other teams with meeting valuable industry contacts
Communication & Strategy development
- Oversees the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they align with company guidelines and cultural preferences
- Negotiates and manages affiliate contracts to ensure optimal performance
- Provides insights for development and implementation of our affiliate strategy
- Provides training and support to affiliates and affiliate managers to enhance their performance
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Implements systems track and report to affiliate leads
⚡ All you need is…
- Pre-existing network of industry and affiliate contacts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving traffic and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in the iGaming industry
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and its regulatory environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset
- Demonstrates experience in building and nurturing long-term business relationships
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of one or more Southeast Asian languages
- Knowledge of Russian and or Ukrainian languages
- Knowledge of Mandarin
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
