🥜 In a nutshell
As an Accountant in our Finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across the company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll collaborate with a motivated and supportive team based in Croatia and across our global offices. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Review financial information and documents on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audits.
- Analyze and audit documents, account statements, and payments while resolving processing issues.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports.
- Manage general ledger bookkeeping, identify and correct data entry errors, and process transactions.
- Communicate with external accountants.
- Oversee client accounts and payment schedules, resolving irregularities.
- Check incoming invoices and process payments through banks.
⚡ All you need is…
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
- Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with bookkeeping software (Netsuite preferred).
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Fluency in Croatian and English.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry
