🥜 In a nutshell
The Digital Acquisition Specialist leads multi-channel player acquisition strategy and execution for the company’s iGaming brands and platforms. The role owns paid and partner acquisition channels, experiments with new acquisition levers, and optimises full funnel conversion, from creative and landing pages through registration and first deposit to activation and early retention - acting as the subject-matter expert on acquisition, onboarding and initial player engagement, with particular emphasis on non-regulated deployments.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Strategy development
- Develops and implements various acquisition programs tailored to targeted markets.
- Drive the optimisation of digital strategies and campaigns to convert customers from Sign-Up to First Time Deposit (FTD), and further from FTD to fully acquired, loyal players.
- Manages relationships with external partners to support acquisition goals, including onboarding and performance integration.
- Lead and manage overall B2C acquisition sales, driving growth and performance.
- Sets short-term activation and early retention targets and builds strategies to hit those goals.
- Oversee Call Centre operations, including invoicing, procedures, and script development.
- Own the scalability and optimisation of the “Refer a Friend” program to maximise effectiveness.
- Develop and execute a strategy for non-gambling sister brands, setting objectives and monitoring results.
- Coordinates campaign calendars, launches and promotional activities across stakeholders to ensure market readiness.
Compliance & quality
- Ensures acquisition activity adheres to local advertising regulations, company policy and age-verification/geo-restriction requirements.
- Partners with fraud/quality teams to define traffic quality thresholds, monitor suspicious activity and implement mitigations.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of ad platform policy changes and market regulatory developments, and adapts strategy accordingly.
Measurement & reporting
- Establishes and maintains measurement frameworks and tracking integrity.
- Runs experiments across creatives, offers, landing pages and funnels; applies learnings to scale winning variants.
- Defines and monitors KPIs and converts data into actionable recommendations.
Budgeting
- Plans, manages and optimises acquisition budgets and forecasts performance across channels and markets.
- Maintains financial trackers and ensures disciplined spend pacing against KPIs and market priorities.
- Tracks and updates financial sheets.
Team management & communication
- Coordinates closely with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, Creative, Compliance) to align messaging and targeting.
- Monitors and mentors team members.
- Assigns responsibilities and tasks.
- Provides constructive feedback to his team members and shares knowledge.
⚡ All you need is…
- Proven experience as a Digital Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the iGaming industry.
- Proven iGaming experience is required; existing industry contacts and experience with non-regulated markets.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and its regulatory environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate campaign execution and budget management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset.
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with workflow/project tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in non-regulated markets.
