🥜 In a nutshell

As Contract Compliance and Legal Support Specialist you are responsible for validating employee and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for completing contract templates, consulting external lawyers or senior in-house legal counsel for high-tier legal matters, and addressing employee dispute cases as needed.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

⚡ All you need is…

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Previous experience in contract management, legal support, or compliance (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with employment laws, vendor agreements, and legal terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with legal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment.
  

       Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll and accounting software and systems, such as Pantheon and Netsuite.
