Content Management System (CMS) Operative is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting website content using CMS platforms. This role focuses on ensuring that all content is up-to-date and displayed in high quality. By maintaining the smooth operation and functionality of the company's online presence, the CMS Operative plays a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and supporting marketing efforts.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Content uploading and publishing

• Manages and maintains live and offline content within the CMS platforms.
• Creates and launches web and landing page content following campaign calendars and content schedules.

Quality assurance and troubleshooting

• Tests live content on various devices and requests corrections if applicable.
• Ensures the smooth operation of the CMS and troubleshoots any technical issues.
• Conducts regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Reports and troubleshoots any issues or inconsistencies with all content directly managed by Content Management.
• Utilizes FullStory for improved problem recognition and troubleshooting.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Collaborates with the content and marketing team leads, ensuring accuracy and consistency in published content.
• Works closely with the Development, Product, UX, and CRM teams on tasks and issues.
• Tests and reports on new features and functionalities on the website related to content.
• Creates tickets for other departments for detected issues pertaining to their respective domains.

⚡ All you need is…

• Proven experience of a minimum 3 years in content management systems and website maintenance.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Good understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision while staying motivated.

       Nice to have

• Experience with FullStory or similar user experience tools.
• Familiarity with additional web technologies and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of web design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
