🥜 In a nutshell
As a Retention Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving player retention campaigns to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value. You will work closely with teams across Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, and Product, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance player experience and business performance.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Analyze the effectiveness of retention campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as player activity, deposit frequency, churn rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Track and evaluate player behavior patterns, including session duration, game preferences, and response to promotions.
- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to monitor retention performance in real-time.
- Segment players based on behavior, preferences, and risk level to tailor personalized retention strategies.
- Utilize A/B testing and predictive modeling to optimize campaign elements such as bonuses, messaging, and timing.
- Identify patterns and trends to anticipate churn risks and forecast future player behavior, ensuring proactive retention strategies.
⚡ All you need is…
- iGaming experience is mandatory to understand the player lifecycle, industry trends, and retention challenges.
- Strong data handling skills: Experience in extracting, analyzing, and reporting data using SQL and Excel is required.
- Experience with CRM tools and data visualization: Proficiency in platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and predictive modeling to enhance retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-departmental team.
Nice to have
- Experience in player retention strategies and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and continuous improvement approach.
