The Customer Support Agent serves as the primary point of contact for our players and is fundamental to our operations. This role involves assisting players via chat regarding the activities we provide. The representative is responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments to ensure our players receive comprehensive support.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer concerns
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with new procedures and promotions on our internal communication platform
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to address customer needs
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to management
