As we continue to grow, our vibrant online community on Telegram and Discord plays a pivotal role in fostering engagement, communication, and brand loyalty. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to oversee and nurture these platforms.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Community Engagement:
- Actively manage, moderate, and engage with users on Telegram and Discord, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and constructive atmosphere.
- Foster discussions, answer community questions, and facilitate meaningful interactions between users.
- Encourage user participation in community-driven initiatives, challenges, and discussions.
Content & Communication:
- Create and post regular updates, announcements, and engaging content in line with the brand voice.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to share key updates, product launches, or relevant information.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content, events, and other creative community initiatives.
Moderation & Support:
- Monitor both platforms for inappropriate content, spam, or violations of community guidelines, enforcing rules and regulations as necessary.
- Resolve conflicts, answer inquiries, and provide feedback to users in a timely manner.
- Work with moderators to ensure the community remains well-moderated, safe, and friendly for all members.
Growth & Engagement Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the community across both Telegram and Discord.
- Identify opportunities for improving user engagement and retention, through polls, events, and reward programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on community metrics such as growth, engagement, and sentiment.
Feedback & Insights:
- Serve as the voice of the community, relaying insights, concerns, and feedback to internal teams for product development or improvement.
- Track trends, user feedback, and suggestions, reporting actionable insights to relevant teams.
Event Planning:
- Organize and host virtual events, tournaments, raffles, Q&A sessions, and other community initiatives that drive engagement and excitement.
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers, or relevant community leaders.
⚡ All you need is…
- Proven experience managing online communities, specifically on Telegram and Discord, preferably for brands or tech-related projects.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adopt the brand’s tone and voice.
- Solid understanding of community-building strategies and digital engagement tools.
- Experience with online moderation, conflict resolution, and community management tools.
- Passionate about building and nurturing online communities.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in helping and supporting others.
- Familiarity with Telegram and Discord features, bots, and tools for moderation.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools for tracking community performance.
Awesome to have:
- Interest in the iGaming industry, with an understanding of the relevant trends. Familiarity with additional platforms (Reddit, Twitter, etc.) is a plus.
