In this role, you'll provide essential support to the Administration Manager and play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth departmental operations. 🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
As our Administration Generalist, you’ll be key in maintaining efficiency and organization through:
- Daily Operations: Organize and maintain records, reports, and documentation to support the team.
- Policy Support: Help develop, implement, and update departmental policies and workflows.
- Managerial Assistance: Manage the Administration Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Task Tracking: Monitor departmental tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with sub-departments to provide updates and ensure smooth communication.
- Special Projects: Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of materials for departmental initiatives.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management tools
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- A service-oriented attitude, ready to support others and contribute to the team’s success.
    Nice to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or executive assistant roles.
